How to use this website.
You can simply browse the website with no other special requirements.
- To purchase items simply go to the homepage and browse to the product that you would like to purchase via the category buttons. Then select add to basket. This will take you to your shopping basket where you may add more products by clicking continue shopping, or alternatively continue to the order the items you have selected.
Shipping
We endeavour to ship items as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail for the majority of orders and items over £30 in value must be signed for. Please look at the following guidelines for delivery times.
- Sunglasses delivered in 2-3 days.
- Frames with prescription lens 5-7 days.
Please note these are delivery estimates and there may be additional delays due to public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. If you have ordered and not received your item within 7 days please contact us and we will try and assist you.
Returns
We can accept returns of the following items within 14 days of purchase.
- Sunglasses
- Frames (with or without prescription lens)
If you have ordered an item and it is not what you expected please contact us for a Returns number. When returning an item please return items it their original packaging and condition.
